Welcome to Lash Addict & Beauty SPMU. We provide professional procedures and treatment services to enhance your natural beauty. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

 

APPOINTMENTS

 

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contact with a Lash Addict & Beauty SPMU team member.

A £5 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure a consultation appointment. Standard beauty treatments require a £10 non-refundable booking deposit per service. Advanced beauty treatments require a £40 non-refundable booking deposit per procedure.

We require at least 48hrs notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you fail to provide sufficient notice or do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Failure to provide the required notice for advanced cosmetics appointments (Permanent Make-Up, Microblading, Tattoo Removal) will incur a fee of £40 per procedure, other standard beauty treatments will incur a minimum of £10 fee per service booked.

In the event where the required notice isn't given, the fee (cost advisable) will need to be paid before any future appointments can be made. 

Deposit payments will be deducted from the treatment balance (£5 retained for consultation fee if not proceeding with procedure/treatment.)

We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment in the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.

Models for PMU/Microblading treatments are required to pay £40 per procedure on retouch (unless otherwise agreed).

Loyalty scheme deposits are non-refundable but transferable onto a rescheduled appointment where the 48hrs rescheduling notice is given.

 

 

CONSULTATIONS

 

We offer free consultations to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have.

Consultations must be booked in advance. 

 

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

 

We follow strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of our clients.

We will not perform any advanced beauty service on anyone who is under the age of 18 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you have any medical conditions or are taking medication, please inform us before your appointment.

If you have any skin conditions, such as eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

If you have any allergies, please inform us before your appointment.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

We accept most forms of payment; chip and pin card, contactless, bank transfer, PayPal, cash and secure link.

Full payment is due at the time of your appointment prior to treatment commencing.

We do not offer refunds for our services.

 

 

AFTERCARE

 

We will provide you with aftercare instructions after your treatments/procedures.

It is important that you follow these instructions carefully to ensure the best possible results.

We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

 

 

LIABILITY

 

We take every precaution to ensure that our services are safe and effective.

However, we cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or complications during or following on from our services.

By using our services, you acknowledge that all preventable precautions have been carried out where necessary to reduce any unwanted reaction. You understand that secondary reactions are possible, you accept these risks involved and release any team member serving for Lash Addict & Beauty SPMU from any liability.
